The Kickboxing Heavy Bag Workout is a 4 X 4 meaning, it’s a 4 minute round done 4 times with a 1 minute rest in between rounds. There’s a 10 minute warm up and then, the kickboxing workout will take 19 minutes to finish. □Įach workout should take 29 minutes to complete. I’ve labelled the workouts for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday but, of course, you can do the workouts whenever your schedule allows. This 4 week program is with 3 workouts each week.
